About the Role

At OSI Maritime Systems, you will lead the technical execution of software feature teams delivering mission-critical navigation and tactical solutions. This role combines hands-on technical leadership, team development, and delivery accountability, ensuring high-quality software is delivered reliably from concept through release.

What You'll Do

- Lead end-to-end software development (requirements, design, implementation, testing, release)
n
- Provide technical direction and prioritization to developers, testers, and Technical Team Leads
n
- Deliver high-quality software with predictable timelines and solid engineering discipline
n
- Ensure designs meet architectural standards and quality expectations
n
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early to protect delivery
n
- Partner with Software Project Managers and cross-functional teams to align on scope and priorities
n
- Drive improvements in testing, automation, and development practices
n
- Mentor and develop engineers,

What You Bring

n

n
- 7+ years of software development experience, including technical leadership
n
- Strong programming skills in C/C++ and/or Python
n
- Experience with Windows-based application development
n
- Solid understanding of testing, software design, and CI/CD practices
n
- Proven ability to deliver complex, high-quality software on schedule
n
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills
n
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
