What you'll do:

n

- Collaborate with a team of talented engineers, product managers, quality analysts to design technical solutions and build new features.
n
- Craft high-performing, reusable code, implement unit tests, and engage in code reviews to uphold best practices and industry standards.
n
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment of .NET applications in Azure.
n
- Strong Experience in using AI tools (GitHub Copilot/Cursor.
n
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to team members.
n
- Participate in Sprint planning and provide accurate estimates on projects/tasks.
n
- Monitor and troubleshoot application performance, scalability, and security issues in Azure environments.
n
- Be an advocate of modern engineering practices & DevOps practices and be available as needed to support production deployments.
n
- Identify opportunities to modernize legacy systems and automate business processes.
n
- Foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and continuous learning within the team while adhering to established team processes.
n
- Assist in supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues, including direct interactions with internal and/or external customers as needed.
n
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

What we're looking for:

n

n
- 7+ years of proven experience in software development with a strong understanding of Software architecture and design principles.
n
- 3+ years of hands-on development experience with front end frameworks like Angular/React etc.
n
- In-depth knowledge of the.NET framework, C#, ASP.NET and related technologies.
n




- Experience designing and building cloud-native solutions using Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, Azure Event Hubs, etc.
n
- Strong Experience in using AI Tools GitHub copilot or Cursor or Claude.
n
- Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrating with external systems.
n
- Good understanding of Test-Driven Development/Unit Testing frameworks, design patterns, security principles and best practices in cloud environments.
n
- Experience with DevOps practices, including infrastructure as code, configuration management, and continuous integration and deployment.
n
- Experience with code analysis and review tools, such as SonarQube, CodeClimate, etc.
n
- Strong knowledge of Git concepts such as branching, merging, pull requests, and conflict resolution.
n
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug complex issues and propose effective solutions.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
n

Bonus Points:

- Relevant certifications such as Azure Developer/Architect/Administrator etc.
n
- Prior experience with Event driven architectures, distributed systems and Microservices is a big plus.
n
- Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, Low Code/No Code solutions.
n
- Contributions to projects on GitHub, developer communities like Stack Overflow, Microsoft Q&A;, published blog posts etc.
n
- Experience working in a global workplace involving multiple development teams across various time zones.
n
- Prior development experience with Java technologies

Education:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related degree is preferred.
