Key Responsibilities-

n

1. Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and automation across functions.
n
2. Lead end-to-end process diagnostics, redesign, and implementation, using Lean/Six Sigma/BPM principles where relevant.
n
3. Build the automation roadmap and pipeline, translating business pain points into scalable digital solutions.
n
4. Partner with Business, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, HR and other teams to deploy workflow automation, RPA, AI/GenAI and low-code solutions.
n
5. Define business cases, advantages, KPIs and governance; track productivity, cost, cycle-time and quality improvements.
n
6.



Drive adoption and change management to embed a culture of continuous improvement and digital-first working.
n
7. Establish process governance, documentation and best practices to ensure solutions are sustainable and scalable.

Candidate Profile-

n

n
1. 8–12 years of experience in Business Process Excellence, Transformation, Automation, Consulting or Digital Operations.
n
2. Strong track record of leading cross-functional process transformation and automation programs.
n
3. Working knowledge of platforms such as Power Automate/Power Platform, RPA, workflow/BPM tools and AI/GenAI applications.
n
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and program management skills.
n
5. Lean Six Sigma / process excellence certification is an advantage.
n
6. Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Consumer Products or Retail preferred.
