Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AWS Connect Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in contact center technologies, AWS services, IVR development, workflow automation, API integrations, and customer experience solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.
Configure and manage contact flows, routing profiles, queues, prompts, and user management.
Develop IVR and self-service applications utilizing Amazon Connect capabilities.
Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and third-party applications.
Develop serverless solutions using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
Implement real-time and historical reporting using Amazon Connect analytics.
Troubleshoot call routing, telephony, and integration-related issues.
Automate operational processes and optimize customer experience workflows.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Support production deployments and perform system enhancements.

Mandatory Requirements
5+ years of IT experience with at least 2+ years in Amazon Connect.
Hands-on experience in Amazon Connect contact flow development.
Strong knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
Experience in IVR design and customer contact center solutions.
Expertise in API integrations and serverless architecture.
Experience troubleshooting contact center and telephony issues.
Strong understanding of cloud security and IAM concepts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
