The Printing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily printing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. This role supervises printing personnel, coordinates machine schedules, monitors workflow efficiency, and ensures timely completion of print jobs while minimizing downtime and waste.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily printing activities and production schedules.
- Ensure print quality meets customer and company standards.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance requirements.
- Manage manpower allocation and provide training to operators.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
- Track production output, material consumption, and downtime.
- Collaborate with planning, maintenance, and quality teams to achieve production goals.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in printing operations and team supervision.
- Knowledge of printing processes,



quality control, and production planning.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
