Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using MS Project.
- Prepare and monitor three-month rolling plans and compare baseline schedules with actual progress.
- Identify critical paths and propose catch-up or mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for timely inputs and smooth execution.
- Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly review meetings and provide progress updates.
- Generate progress reports, exception reports, and dashboards for management review.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during planning and execution.
- Assist in contract management activities including delay analysis and claims advisory.
- Support development and integration of cloud-based dashboards for real-time monitoring.
- Contribute to project closure reports and lessons learned documentation.
