- Provide Suitable Control measures.

Conduct Meeting Regularly, Prepare MoM and ensure its compliance

7.SMAT Management




- Allocation of SMAT to each trained member based on critical task in respective area.
- Analysis of SMAT

Ensure all task covered under SMAT & each employee must be SMATed.
8.Audits
- Control of contractors, Work permit, work at height, LOTO, Forklift safety, EHS 20 step audit
- Coordinate with each champions about their standard progress

Follow up to ensure all problems are addressed and gaps are closed
