We are seeking an experienced Java & Python Technical Lead / Senior Software Engineer with 8–10 years of experience in designing, developing, and managing scalable applications using Java, Python, Django, and AWS . The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development expertise along with experience in cloud-based application development, technical leadership, and team management . The role involves driving end-to-end development, ensuring application quality and performance, managing technical delivery, and mentoring engineering teams.

- Develop and maintain web applications and backend services using Python/Django .

- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and productive code.
- Perform code reviews , debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and availability.
- Work closely with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Lead development activities and ensure timely delivery of technical projects.
