Role Description

Location: Bengaluru,India (Work From Office Only)

Experience: 6–10+ years

We are looking for a Senior AWS DevOps Engineer who can own and evolve our cloud infrastructure end-to-end.

n

This role is for someone who has designed, scaled, and operated production systems, not just deployed pipelines.

n

You will work closely with backend, security, and product teams to ensure high availability, fault tolerance, observability, and secure operations.

n

What You’ll Be Responsible Forn

n
- Design, build, and operate highly available AWS infrastructure
n
- Own CI/CD pipelines for backend, frontend, and services
n
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform / CloudFormation
n
- Ensure zero-downtime deployments and secure rollbacks
n
- Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.)
n
- Handle security hardening, IAM design, secrets management
n
- Support incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortems
n
- Optimize cost,



performance, and reliability
n
- Work on production readiness, DR strategies, and backups
n

Must-Have Skills & Experiencen

n
- 6–10+ years in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering
n
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, EKS/ECS, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch)
n
- Strong experience with Docker & Kubernetes
n
- Solid experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
n
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (preferred)
n
- Strong Linux fundamentals and networking knowledge
n
- Experience running production systems at scale
n
- Ability to debug real incidents, not just configure tools
n

Strong Plus (Highly Valued)n

- Experience in Fintech / Crypto / Trading platforms
n
- Exposure to high-throughput, low-latency systems
n
- Experience with security audits, compliance, and access control
n
- Knowledge of disaster recovery, multi-AZ / multi-region setups
n
- Familiarity with Kafka / message queues
n
- SRE mindset (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets)
n
