Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (D360). The ideal candidate should have 6–8 years of overall Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on Data Cloud experience.

Mandatory Skills

- 6–8 years of overall Salesforce development experience

- Data Lake Objects (DLO)
- Data Model Objects (DMO)
- Data Mapping and Data Transformations
- Data Unification and Identity Resolution
- Calculated Insights
- Data Cloud Segmentation
- Activation and activation targets
- Salesforce CRM data integration
- APIs and external data-source integrations
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce platform, Apex, SOQL and Lightning
- Experience troubleshooting Data Cloud data pipelines and integrations





Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud/D360 solutions.
- Configure and manage data ingestion from Salesforce and external data sources.
- Build and maintain Data Streams, DLOs, DMOs, Data Models, and mappings.
- Implement identity resolution and data unification strategies.
- Develop Calculated Insights and Segmentation solutions.
- Configure Data Cloud activation and integration with downstream systems.
- Work with business and technical teams to understand data requirements.
- Troubleshoot data ingestion, transformation, mapping, and activation issues.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and scalability.
- Integrate Data Cloud with Salesforce and third-party applications.
- Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Document technical solutions and provide knowledge transfer to team members.
