Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (AI/Full Stack) Location: Chennai Job Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Developer with 5-7 years of experience and expertise in Java/Kotlin or Python to help us scale our intelligent systems and bring our vision to life. Our Technology Stack ● Backend & Core: Java/Kotlin, Python (FastAPI / AI packages) ● Frontend: React, SvelteKit, and other modern frontend frameworks ● Data: Postgres, MSSQL, and NoSQL databases ● Cloud: AWS/Azure ● AI Tooling: Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini APIs, and related tools ` What You'll Do: Build & Deploy: Take ownership of deploying machine learning models into production using Java/Kotlin, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and highly available. Architect & Engineer: Design and develop the core backend systems, microservices, and APIs that power our AI capabilities, leveraging Spring Boot. Optimize: Analyze and optimize the performance of our AI pipelines and applications for maximum efficiency and speed. Collaborate: Partner with data scientists to translate models into production code and with product teams to build features that delight our customers. Innovate: Drive our MLOps strategy,



automating deployment and monitoring processes to ensure continuous delivery and a high level of reliability. What You Bring: ● Experience: 5–7 years of hands-on software development experience, focusing on building scalable, AI-driven applications. ● Backend & AI Expertise: Deep proficiency in Java/Kotlin (Spring Boot/Cloud) OR Python (FastAPI/AI packages) ● Frontend Skills : Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or SvelteKit. ● Data Proficiency: Experience with both SQL (Postgres, MSSQL) and NoSQL databases. ● Cloud & DevOps : Strong experience with microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). ● AI Tooling: Familiarity with large language model APIs and tooling (e.g., Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini). ● API Prowess: Proven track record of designing and managing high- performance RESTful APIs. ● Startup Mindset: A quick learner, problem-solver, and hybrid professional who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and turns theoretical AI models into practical, scalable applications. ● Leadership & Mentorship: Proven ability to provide technical guidance, conduct thorough code reviews, and mentor junior developers to foster team growth.
