We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to build and deploy production-grade AI solutions from the ground up. This is a hands-on role with high ownership across AI engineering, backend development, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own solutions end-to-end, from architecture to production
n
- Build AI agents, RAG pipelines, backend services & enterprise integrations
n
- Design scalable, reliable AI systems
n
- Work closely with customers and engineering teams
n
- Drive AI evaluations, performance optimization & production troubleshooting
n
- Influence product and engineering decisions
n

Requirements:

n

n




- 5–9 years of software engineering experience
n
- Solid Python & backend development skills
n
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents & Agentic Workflows
n
- Experience with LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Google ADK or similar
n
- Strong understanding of distributed systems & system architecture
n
- Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure
n
- Experience with Kafka, SQS or similar messaging systems
n

Good to Have:

- Production experience with AI Agents / Voice AI
n
- Startup or founding engineering experience
n
- Experience with enterprise, BFSI, Healthcare or Government deployments
n
