Role Details

- Role: Conversational AI Engineer

- Experience: 2+ Years

- Location: Pune/Chennai/Kochi (Hybrid Mode)

- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Design scalable bot/agent architectures and multi-step agentic workflows.
n
- Create prompts, personas, guardrails, and deterministic hybrid GenAI flows.
n
- Integrate CRM, ERP, and CCaaS systems using REST APIs, MCP, and GraphQL.
n
- Transform and validate LLM outputs using JS/TS, Python,



or Java.
n

Tech Stack & Requirements

n

n
- Conversational AI Platforms: Cognigy.AI, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, Google CCAI, Kore.ai, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Parloa.
n
- Core Languages: JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js) required; Python or Java preferred.
n
- APIs & Protocols: REST, GraphQL, gRPC, MCP.
n
- LLM & GenAI Concepts: System Prompts, Guardrails, Context Windows, Embeddings, Temperature, RAG (Pinecone/Weaviate/pgvector).
n
- DevOps & Tools: Git, Jira, Docker, CI/CD, AWS/Azure/GCP.
