- Ensure all FPDs in the team attend mandatory training programs.

3. Effectively Manage Day-to-Day Team Administration and Operations




- Monitor and foster the smooth functioning of daily team operations.
- Lead and motivate a team of Financial Product Distributors (FPDs) to achieve business targets.

4. Ensure Customer Management & Engagement
- Plan and execute local area programs and referral initiatives.
- Focus on customer retention, revenue generation, and referral-based business.
- Continuously scan the local market for penetration opportunities, competitive offerings, and emerging trends across product lines.
- Ensure client records are updated with accurate financial and contact information and leverage periodic data analytics for business insights.
- Ensure speedy resolution of client queries and grievances to maximize customer satisfaction.
