and secur i ty.Design reusable APIs and scalable integration patterns to support multiple business use cas es.AI-Assisted Developm entUtilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and similar platfo r ms.Automate repetitive coding tasks and generate boilerplate co de. Collaboration & Engineering Excell enceCollaborate w ith product owners, designers, architects, and cross-functional t e ams.Participate in code reviews and promote software engineering best practi ces.Implement comprehensive testing and performance optimizat ion.Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and production-r e ady.Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and engineering practi ces.Required Skills & Qualificat ions10+ y ears of hands-on software engineering experie nce.Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architec t ure.Robust experience building modern frontend applications us ing Reac t .js.Strong understanding of REST API design and backend service develop m ent.Proven experience convert ing Figma designs into responsive React applicat i ons.Experience w ith AI-assisted development t ools, such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar platfo rms.Understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI conc epts and their application in enterprise softw are.Robust knowledge of software architecture, scalability, security, testing, and performance optimizat ion.Excellent collaboration and communication ski lls.
