Role: Senior Support Engineer- Digital Transformation & OT

Location: Pune, India

Relevant Experience: 6-12 Yrs

About the Role: At Döhler, we operate ~50 factories worldwide powered by cutting-edge, modern, globally standardized OT systems. As a Senior OT Support Engineer, you take ownership where standard processes end: solving complex issues, driving automation, and leading global rollouts in a highly agile production setting.

Your Responsibilities

- Global OT Support
n
- Act as escalation point for issues beyond SOPs
n
- Troubleshoot complex system, integration, and data challenges
n
- Factory Enablement
n
- Support and optimize operations across ~50 production sites
n
- Manage high-impact change requests with global stakeholders
n
- Global Rollouts
n
- Support and lead OT system rollouts and deployments worldwide
n
- Drive implementation directly in real production environments
n
- Automation & Continuous Improvement
n
- Automate repetitive SOP-driven tasks
n
- Build scripts, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and stability
n
- Hands-on Execution
n
- Work directly with shopfloor systems and technologies
n
- Bridge the gap between concept and real-world operations
n

Your Profile

n

n
- Strong hands-on experience in OT / Manufacturing IT / Industrial Systems
n
- Proven experience in shopfloor environments
n
- Expertise in MES, SCADA, PLCs, and system integrations
n
- Experience with global rollouts / deployments
n
- Skills in automation / scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, APIs)
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
n
- Fluent in English
