Job Description:-

We are seeking an experienced ERP Projects (Application Management Services - AMS) Consultant with 4–8 years of experience in supporting and maintaining ERP applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in incident management, service requests, change management, system enhancements, and production support while ensuring adherence to SLAs and delivering high-quality support to business users.

Key Responsibilities

n

n

Provide L2/L3 production support for ERP applications under the AMS model.

n

n

Handle incidents, service requests, problem management, and change requests within defined SLAs.

n

n

Analyze business issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

n

n

Perform application configuration, enhancements, and bug fixes as per business requirements.

n

n

Coordinate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution and system improvements.

n

n

Support ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects, HCM, or Manufacturing based on project requirements.

n

n

Participate in patching, upgrades,



regression testing, and deployment activities.

n

n

Monitor application performance and recommend process improvements.

n

n

Prepare functional and technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer documents.

n

n

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide ongoing application support.

n

n

n

Required Skills

n

n

4–8 years of experience in ERP Application Management Services (AMS).

n

n

Solid experience in ERP production support and maintenance.

n

n

Knowledge of incident, problem, change, and release management processes.

n

n

Hands-on experience with one or more ERP platforms such as Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EBS, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.

n

n

Experience in troubleshooting functional and technical issues.

n

n

Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow or other ticketing tools.

n

n

Strong SQL knowledge for data validation and issue analysis.

n

n

Experience with testing, deployment, and system documentation.

n

n

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

n

n

n

Preferred Qualifications

n

n

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

n

n

ERP or ITIL certification is preferred.

n

n

Experience working in Agile and ITSM environments.
