Key Responsibilities - Lead endtoend application modernization initiatives, including rearchitecting monolithic systems into microservices. - Design and develop scalable backend services using C#, .NET Core, and modern cloudnative patterns. - Build and deploy serverless components using AWS Lambda and containerized workloads using ECS/EKS. - Design and optimize RESTful APIs using API Gateway with secure, scalable integrations. - Implement eventdriven and microservices architectures leveraging AWS native services. - Work handson with S3 for storage, caching strategies, lifecycle policies, and data integration. - Model, optimize, and manage MongoDB databases, including schema design and performance tuning. - Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and product teams to design robust cloud-native solutions. - Ensure best practices for performance, scalability, reliability, CI/CD, and cloud security. - Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance across distributed systems.



Required Skills & Experience - Advanced proficiency in: - C# / .NET Core - AWS Lambda - Amazon ECS / EKS (Kubernetes) - API Gateway - Amazon S3 - Deep handson expertise in MongoDB (schema design, indexing, aggregation, performance tuning). - Strong understanding of microservices, API architecture, event-driven patterns. - Experience with CI/CD using Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or AWS CodePipeline. - Knowledge of containerization (Docker), cloud networking, and IAM security best practices. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical modernization workshops. Valuable to Have - Experience with serverless event buses (SNS/SQS, EventBridge). - Familiarity with domain-driven design (DDD), clean architecture, and cloud-native principles. - Exposure to monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
