? Hiring | Oracle HCM Integration Developer (Remote/Hybrid)

n

We are looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Integration Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party/business applications.

n

? Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Develop and maintain inbound/outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
n
- Work on HCM Extracts, BI Reports, Fast Formula, PL/SQL and Oracle HCM data transformations.
n
- Design and develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, XML and JSON.
n
- Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization and production support.
n
- Prepare technical specifications, design documents and integration documentation.
n
- Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors and external partners on integration solutions.
n
- Ensure data security, accuracy, error handling and adherence to integration best practices.
n




- Mentor and guide technical resources on Oracle HCM and OIC integration development.
n

- 5+ years of overall technology development experience.

- 3+ years of Oracle HCM integration development experience.

- 3+ years of Oracle database/PLSQL development experience.
n
- 2+ years of experience with OCI/OIC.
n
- Hands-on experience across the SDLC and implementation lifecycle.
n
