We're looking for a senior mobile engineer who is Flutter-first in day-to-day delivery and the single point of expertise for iOS platform when it matters. You'llspend most of your time building and owning Flutterfeatures, and step in as the definitive iOS voice whenever platform-level challenges arise — performance, native integrations, App Store compliance, security, or production incidents.
What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Flutter features that power customer-facing experiences across iOS and Android.
Build reusable, scalable,and maintainable application components following modern mobile engineering best practices.
Own features end-to-end — from technical design and implementation to testing, release,and production monitoring.
Serve as the go-to iOS platform expert for the team — resolving native platform challenges, leading iOS-specific integrations, and owning App Store releases.
Bridge native iOS capabilities into the Flutter layer through platform channels when required.
Optimise application performance, responsiveness, and reliability across iOS devices.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and Data teams to deliver end-to-end features.
Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and engineering best practices.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, release automation,



and developer tooling.

What We're Looking For
Experience
4–6 years of mobile engineering experience.
Primary expertise in iOS development using Swift — deep, not surface-level.

iOS Platform
Swift — robust proficiency: concurrency (async/await, actors), memory management, and performance-aware coding.
SwiftUI and UIKit working knowledge — able to make informed architectural decisions.
iOS platform internals: app lifecycle, push notifications, Keychain, local storage, and security best practices.
App Store process: provisioning, code signing, TestFlight, and review compliance.
Debugging at depth: Instruments, crash symbolication, and memory analysis.
Firebase: Crashlytics, Remote Config, Analytics, App Check, and Push Notifications.
Security implementation: SSL pinning, securestorage, and platformintegrity APIs (App Attest, Play Integrity).
Automated testing: XCTest, XCUITest for iOS; widget and integration tests for Flutter.
Exposure to experimentation platforms: A/B testing, feature flags, and analytics instrumentation.
Experience with modular architecture and scalable mobile codebases.
Familiarity with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or Compose Multiplatform.
Exposure to consumer internet or high-scale mobile applications.
