About The Job:
- We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and manage complex Oracle programs involving Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS),



integrations, upgrades, and custom development.

Qualifications:

Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud environments, with at least 5 years in a program or project management role.
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex Oracle-based programs (EBS R12.x, Oracle Cloud, integrations, etc.).
- Solid technical background in Oracle PL/SQL , BI Publisher , Forms/Reports , Interfaces/APIs , and/or Oracle Cloud tools .
- Proven experience managing ERP implementations, upgrades , or large-scale Oracle transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with Oracle modules such as Financials, SCM, HCM, or Projects.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with global delivery models (including coordination with GDC or offshore teams).
