Job Description

Strong SQL and PL/SQL development skills; experience writing, tuning and

debugging complex queries and packages.

n

 Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, REST/SOAP

n

web services, and API-based integrations.

n

 Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud extensibility (Application Composer, Page

n

Composer, Visual Builder/VBCS) and Oracle EBS customizations (APIs,

n

concurrent programs, forms/reports).

n

 Practical experience with data load mechanisms: FBDI, ADFdi, FTP/CSV loads,

n

and ETL tools.

n

 Reporting and BI: BI Publisher template development, OTBI subject areas, data

n

models and custom report design.

n

 Familiarity with Primavera P6 integration methods (XOG/XML, web services).

n

 Experience with source control (Git), CI/CD pipelines and workplace promotion

n

processes.

n

 Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) fundamentals and/or on-prem

n

middleware (WebLogic).

n

 Debugging, logging,



and monitoring tools experience; familiarity with Application

n

Performance Monitoring (APM) is a plus.

n

Deep understanding of project accounting: budgeting, cost control, revenue

n

recognition, WIP, earned value management (EVM).

n

 Configuration of Project Costing, Billing, Grants/Contracts (if relevant), and

n

Resource Management.

n

 Experience with Oracle integrations (Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP

n

APIs, flat-file interfaces).

n

 Reporting: OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View familiarity.

n

 Hands-on with data loads: SQL/PL-SQL basics, data templates, FBDI/CSV load

n

processes.

n

 Familiarity with security model, approval workflows, and role provisioning.

n

 Incident / problem management experience (ServiceNow, JIRA or equivalent).
