Role Summary

n

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Node.js Developer / Team Lead with strong backend development expertise and hands-on experience in AI-powered application development. The ideal candidate should have minimum 1 year of relevant iGaming / Casino Industry experience and be capable of leading a team while working on scalable backend and AI-integrated applications.

Key Responsibilities

n

Lead and mentor a team of Node.js developers across multiple projects.

n

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and microservices.

n

Work on iGaming / Casino Platform-based applications and backend systems.

n

Architect and integrate AI-powered solutions using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms.

n

Review code, enforce best practices, and maintain coding standards.

n

Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

n

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Frontend, DevOps, AI, and QA teams.

n

Handle project planning, task allocation, and technical decision-making.

n

Build and maintain RESTful APIs and real-time systems.

n

Troubleshoot critical production issues and provide technical solutions.

n





Research and implement modern backend and AI technologies.

n

Technical Skills Required

n

Must-Have Skills

n

Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and Backend Architecture.

n

Minimum 1+ Year of hands-on experience in the iGaming / Casino Industry – Mandatory.

n

Robust understanding of iGaming / Casino platforms and their backend systems.

n

Hands-on experience with AI APIs and LLM integrations.

n

Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases.

n

Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API security.

n

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.

n

Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.

n

Strong leadership and team management experience.

n

Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies.

n

Good-to-Have Skills

n

Experience with LangChain, vector databases, and AI orchestration tools.

n

Knowledge of WebSockets and scalable real-time systems.

n

Exposure to Kubernetes and serverless architecture.

n

Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization.

n

Experience working with gaming, casino, betting, or other iGaming-related platforms.

Leadership Responsibilities

n

Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.

n

Conduct code reviews and technical evaluations.

n

Ensure timely delivery of projects and sprint goals.

Manage team productivity and technical escalations.

n

Coordinate with clients/stakeholders for technical discussions.

Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
