- Solid understanding of GIS concepts: spatial data modeling, coordinate systems, geospatial analysis.

- Performance optimization: cursor handling, memory management, COM cleanup.

Core Responsibilities

- Migrate legacy ArcObjects-based code to ArcGIS Pro CoreHost (ArcGIS.Core).

- Modernize aviation GIS workflows for airport features (runways, taxiways, networks).
n
- Develop and optimize geometry processing (buffer, intersect, union, reprojection).
n
- Build automated data import/export pipelines (shapefiles, geodatabases, Oracle).
n
- Develop headless CLI/console applications with Python/ArcPy integration.
