ABOUT THE ROLE

n

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with hands-on experience in building and deploying production-grade Voice AI Agents.

n

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in:

n

n
- Speech-to-Text (STT) & Text-to-Speech (TTS)
n
- Real-time conversational AI systems
n
- LLMs, RAG & AI Agents
n
- Voice orchestration & low-latency systems
n
- Telephony and web-based voice applications
n

n

You will work on scalable AI-native voice products involving intelligent automation, conversational workflows, and enterprise-grade Voice AI systems.

n

RESPONSIBILITIES

n

n
- Build and deploy scalable Voice AI systems and backend services.
n
- Design real-time conversational pipelines using STT, TTS, LLMs, and AI agents.
n
- Work on:
n
- Streaming vs batch STT
n
- Interruption handling / barge-in
n
- Low-latency voice systems
n
- Telephony and web voice integrations
n
- Async orchestration workflows
n
- Conversation memory/context strategies
n
- Agent framework orchestration
n
- Develop APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
n
- Design RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, and conversational workflows.
n
- Implement evaluation and observability layers including:
n
- Tracing & monitoring
n
- Prompt/version evaluation
n




- Hallucination monitoring
n
- Call analytics
n
- Voice quality metrics
n
- Conversation QA
n
- Fallback and recovery systems
n
- Optimize scalability, reliability, and performance of Voice AI systems.
n
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
n

REQUIREMENTS

n

Must-Have

n

n
- 5+ years of backend development experience in Python.
n
- Proven experience deploying Voice AI Agents in production.
n
- Strong expertise in STT, TTS, LLM integrations, and conversational AI systems.
n
- Experience with FastAPI or Flask.
n
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms.
n
- Strong understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, memory handling, and AI agents.
n
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, Docker, and CI/CD.
n
- Solid system design and problem-solving skills.
n

Nice to Have

n

n
- Experience with Twilio, Vobiz, Exotel, SIP, or telephony systems.
n
- Familiarity with vector databases and WebSockets.
n
- Experience with observability/monitoring tools.
n
- Exposure to BFSI or enterprise automation domains.
