We are looking for 2 robust Service Now Architects to lead enterprise Service Now architecture, solution design, integrations, platform governance, and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Define scalable Service Now platform and solution architecture across enterprise initiatives.
Lead technical design, configuration, customization, integrations, and performance optimization.
Establish Service Now architecture standards, design patterns, governance, and best practices.
Design solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, and App Engine.
Lead integrations using REST APIs, Java Script, Integration Hub, and other enterprise integration technologies.
Design workflows, data models, security frameworks, and process automation.
Support platform upgrades, health monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.




Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, functional teams, and technical leadership.

Mandatory Skills
Solid Service Now Architecture experience
Advanced Service Now configuration and customization
Java Script, REST APIs, integrations
ITSM with exposure to ITOM / ITAM
Workflow and process optimization
Service Now security, data modeling, performance tuning, and governance
Robust requirements gathering and stakeholder management

Preferred: Service Now certifications such as CIS, CAD, or CTA and exposure to Service Now AI/automation capabilities.
