Role Overview

We are looking for a Service Now IRM Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on experience in Service Now, with robust expertise in IRM/GRC modules, configuration, development, integrations, and production support.

Key Requirements
7+ years of hands-on experience with the Service Now platform, with strong experience in IRM/GRC.
Experience with Service Now configuration, administration, workflows, and Flow Designer.
Strong experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications.
Experience with Service Catalog – Catalog Items, Record Producers, Order Guides, Workflows, and Inbound Email Actions.
Hands-on experience with Scripted REST APIs and third-party integrations,



including enhancing existing integrations.
Experience with data migration, Import Sets, Data Sources, Transform Maps, and Transform Scripts.
Experience working in large enterprise Service Now environments.
Solid experience in Service Now Administration and Production Support.
Experience working on different Service Now GRC/IRM modules.
Ability to advise customers and stakeholders on Service Now best practices and solution design.
Experience working in an Agile setting.
