Prior experience of working with Content QC, Metadata XML, Audio / Video Editing.
The ability to multi-task as needed in day-to-day business operations.
Valuable command of the English language, both written and spoken. A willingness to work across shifts and work weeks.
Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Resilient, resourceful, optimistic, and energetic • Should be familiar working with Excel.
Confident manner and comfortable interacting with all levels of management, both domestic and international.
Ability to balance change and continuity – to continually strive to improve service and delivery to clients, to create a work workplace that encourages quality and to maintain focus, intensity, and persistence, even under increasingly complex and demanding conditions.
Familiarity with MS Office suite and collaboration software such as Zoom, Slack, etc.
