We're looking for a high-performing residential real estate qualified with robust HNI relationships, market knowledge, and a proven track record of business generation.

What you'll drive:

Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI clients

/n
Drive premium residential sales & leasing

/n
Source mandates and lead high-value transactions

/n
Build and leverage developer & channel partner networks

/n
Guide and enable teams to drive pipeline, conversions & revenue

/n
Drive business development and market expansion

/n
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless execution

/n
Represent the organization in key client and industry interactions

/n

What we're looking for:

/n

/n
5–10 years in premium residential real estate / luxury sales / advisory

/n
Strong HNI/UHNI client network

/n
Proven revenue and closure track record

/n
Robust developer/channel partner relationships

/n
Experience in team leadership, mentoring & stakeholder management

/n
High ownership, commercial acumen, and excellent negotiation skills

/n
