Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Cisco CVP / IVR Developer to develop, enhance, and support Cisco CVP-based IVR applications and customer self-service call flows. The candidate should have robust hands-on experience with CVP, VoiceXML, Java/J2EE, UCCE/ICM, SIP, APIs, and SQL.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Cisco CVP/IVR applications.
Develop and enhance customer self-service call flows.
Integrate IVR applications with REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
Work with speech recognition, DTMF, call routing, and voice interaction flows.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to CVP/IVR applications.
Analyze call flows, logs, and system behavior to identify and resolve defects.
Participate in code reviews, releases, deployments, and application maintenance.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Collaborate with business, QA, infrastructure, and contact-center teams.




Follow Agile development practices and established CI/CD processes.

Candidate Profile
5–8 years of relevant development experience.
Robust hands-on experience developing Cisco CVP/IVR solutions.
Strong programming experience in Java/J2EE and VoiceXML.
Experience with UCCE/ICM and SIP environments.
Robust API and database integration experience.
Able to troubleshoot production issues independently.
Available to join immediately.
Comfortable working remotely/offshore with business-hours overlap.
