About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in B2B technical/solution sales . The candidate will work with industrial and infrastructure customers to understand their requirements and propose suitable IoT, telemetry and automation solutions .

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify B2B leads through Linked In, outbound and inbound channels.
Identify current business opportunities across industrial, infrastructure and utility sectors.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IoT/automation solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial/technical presentations.
Handle customer follow-ups and support negotiations and deal closures.
Coordinate with technical and project teams for solution feasibility.
Maintain CRM, sales pipeline and regular sales reports.
Build customer relationships and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Attend customer visits, exhibitions and industry events as required.





Required Skills
~2–3 years of experience in B2B Technical Sales / Solution Sales / Sales Engineering.
~ Basic understanding of IoT / IIoT, telemetry, sensors, automation or industrial instrumentation .
~ Solid communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
~ Good customer handling and follow-up skills.
~ Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point and CRM tools .

~ Self-driven, target-oriented and willing to learn.

Preferred Experience
Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:

Industrial IoT | Industrial Automation | Smart Water | Water Management | Telemetry / AMR | SCADA | Energy Management | Solar | Utilities | EPC | OEM | System Integrators

Knowledge of Modbus, RS485 or 4–20mA will be an added advantage.
