Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2 - 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience , excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to source, screen, and hire top talent across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients,



and internal stakeholders.
Stay updated on recruitment trends and best hiring practices.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 - 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Excellent sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Solid organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience hiring for IT and Non-IT positions.
Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
