Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Billing Center (mandatory).
Robust experience in Duck Creek Billing implementation.
Expertise in Duck Creek Billing configuration.
Experience in creating and managing accounts, payment plans, billing forms, invoices, and installment schedules.
Experience in PCN processing and commission report generation.
Solid understanding of direct billing and agency billing processes.




Ability to configure and support billing workflows and billing cycles.
Experience with payment processing functionalities.
Experience in troubleshooting, enhancing, and maintaining Duck Creek Billing applications.
Valuable understanding of integrations between Duck Creek Billing and other insurance systems.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Sound knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance domain and related business processes.
