Job Summary

Elguest Fintech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance and accounts team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, taxation, compliance, accounting, and other finance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and MIS.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Ensure timely filing of tax returns and regulatory reports.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other stakeholders.
Monitor accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and cash flows.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
Support budgeting, financial planning, and management reporting.




Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate solutions.

Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
1–5 years of relevant experience preferred; freshers with strong knowledge may also apply.
Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, and statutory compliance.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
