About the Role
True Blue HR Consultants is looking for a talented and highly experienced React Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing both front-end and back-end features for our web applications, owning solutions end-to-end. You will work closely with designers, product managers and other engineers to bring our vision to life, while also mentoring junior engineers and driving technical best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop and maintain reusable React components and scalable back-end services/APIs
Architect full-stack solutions, from database design to front-end implementation
Write clean, maintainable and efficient code across the stack
Lead and participate in code reviews, providing feedback and technical guidance to other engineers
Stay up-to-date on the latest React, Node.js and full-stack trends and technologies
Debug and troubleshoot issues across the front-end and back-end
Collaborate with designers and product managers to ensure a seamless user experience
Design and integrate RESTful/ GraphQL APIs and third-party services
Own database design, optimization and data modelling.
Write unit, integration and end-to-end tests
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and help shape engineering best practices
Qualifications:
8 to 12 years of experience in software development, with strong hands-on experience as a React developer and full stack engineer
Strong understanding of React concepts, including JSX, virtual DOM,



hooks and state management
Experience with Redux or other state management libraries
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript
Strong back-end experience with Node.js (Express/NestJS or similar frameworks)
Experience designing and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
Experience with build tools like Webpack or Parcel
Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha or Cypress
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker)
Solid understanding of system design and software architecture principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proven ability to work independently, lead initiatives and mentor a team
Experience implementing both front-end and back-end API integrations across various data sources
Bonus Points:
Experience with TypeScript across the full stack
Experience with GraphQL
Experience with server-side rendering (Next.js or similar)
Experience with mobile development (React Native)
Experience with microservices architecture
Prior experience working in healthcare, AI/ML or data analytics domains
