We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Developer with CSA and CAD certifications to design develop and implement HR Service Delivery solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HRSD modules along with advanced scripting and integration capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions (Core HR Case Management Employee Service Center)
Customize and configure HR workflows catalog items and knowledge management
Develop and maintain scripts (Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes UI Policies)
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Work closely with HR stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements
Ensure platform performance scalability and adherence to best practices
Support upgrades patching and continuous improvement initiatives
Key Skills & Expertise
Core Strength: Robust hands-on experience in advanced scripting including Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripts and UI Policies
Expertise in complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services
Module Expertise: Deep experience in at least one of the following: ITOM CSM HRSD Service Portal or exposure to Gen AI capabilities within ServiceNow
Solid knowledge of JavaScript Glide APIs Flow Designer and Workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications
4 years of ServiceNow development experience
Hands-on experience with HRSD module implementation
Experience in Service Catalog ACLs and Data Modeling
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
