Role Summary

We are seeking a Power BI & Macro/VBA Developer with hands-on experience in Power BI reporting, dashboard development, Excel VBA/Macro development, and automation.

The role will focus on developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, creating Excel VBA/Macro-based automation solutions, supporting reporting requirements, and collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Develop and maintain Excel VBA/Macro-based automation to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
Develop and support Power BI reports and dashboards.
Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and support teams.
Support UAT, testing, and solution validation.
Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and action items.
Prepare project documentation,



meeting minutes, and status reports. Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in Power BI, VBA/Macro development, or a related role.
Hands-on experience with Excel VBA/Macro development and automation.
Strong experience in Power BI report and dashboard development.
Positive knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, and DAX.
Valuable understanding of Agile/Scrum.
Strong requirements gathering, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Valuable Excel and reporting skills.

Positive to Have / Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Power Apps.
Knowledge of Power Automate.
Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Jira, or similar tools.
Exposure to Supply Chain, Operations, or Reporting projects.
