Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Architect
Location: Remote
Experience: 8 yrs

Key Responsibilities:
Design ITOM architecture covering Discovery Service Mapping Event Management and CMDB.
Define and implement ITOM best practices standards and governance.
Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with monitoring and enterprise systems.
Lead CMDB health data quality and service modeling initiatives.
Collaborate with infrastructure application security and business teams.
Provide technical leadership and support solution delivery.

Required Skills:




Robust experience with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB.
Hands-on expertise in Discovery Service Mapping and Event Management.
Knowledge of CSDM integrations APIs and ITIL processes.
Experience designing enterprise-scale ITOM solutions.
Robust communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Experience: 8 years in IT/ServiceNow with 3 years in ITOM architecture.
