Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: Contract
Experience: 5 years (with minimum 2.5 years in HRSD)
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop configure and customize the ServiceNow HRSD application to meet business requirements.
Build and maintain HR services case and knowledge templates and lifecycle events.
Implement client scripts business rules UI policies and server-side scripting.
Support integration between ServiceNow and third-party HR systems.
Participate in unit testing QA cycles and defect resolution.
Work closely with the HRSD Lead and functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD module.
Robust knowledge of JavaScript ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer.
Understanding of HR processes and HR data handling.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs Service Portal and catalog item creation.
Valuable problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile environments.
ServiceNow certifications preferred: CSA HRSD Fundamentals.
