Role : Service Now Developer
Module : (ITOM/ CSM/ HRSD / Now Assist Gen AI Service Portal )
Must Have : Integration and Scripting experience .

ITOM Responsibilities
Lead Discovery Service Mapping CMDB Event Management Operational Intelligence and AIOps initiatives.
Improve infrastructure visibility and operational efficiency through automation.
Drive CMDB governance data quality and service mapping accuracy.

CSM Responsibilities
Design and optimize customer service workflows and case management processes.
Enhance customer experience through automation AI-assisted interactions self-service portals and omnichannel support.
Improve SLA performance and customer satisfaction metrics.

HRSD Responsibilities
Manage employee service delivery solutions including HR case management employee lifecycle workflows knowledge management and employee centers.
Drive employee experience transformation using digital workflows and AI-powered automation.





Now Assist & Gen AI Responsibilities
Lead implementation and adoption of ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities.
Drive Gen AI use cases including:
AI-powered case summarization
Virtual Agent enhancements
Knowledge generation
Intelligent search
Automated resolution recommendations
Conversational self-service experiences
Collaborate with business and security teams to establish responsible AI governance and compliance practices.
Identify prospects for AI-driven operational efficiency and productivity improvements.

Service Portal Responsibilities
Design and manage contemporary responsive Service Portal and Employee Center experiences.
Customize widgets integrations branding and user journeys.
Improve usability accessibility and digital self-service adoption.
