Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, and maintenance of HR records and documentation. Responsibilities include supporting HR management in implementing HR policies, handling employee relations and grievance resolution, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company procedures. The role will also coordinate performance appraisal processes, assist in recruitment activities, and support training and development initiatives.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Haridwar, requiring regular collaboration with department heads and staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in core HR functions.
Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations, including HR documentation, onboarding, and payroll or attendance coordination.
Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to address concerns, support engagement, and maintain a respectful workplace.
Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies, including implementation, communication, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Relevant bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
Solid communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
