Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches.
Build and maintain solid relationships with Branch Managers and bank staff.
Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
Conduct joint customer meetings with bank officials.
Generate leads and convert them into policy sales.
Provide product training and regular updates to bank employees.
Ensure timely documentation and policy issuance.
Deliver excellent post-sales service and maintain customer relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Follow company compliance and operational guidelines.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Bancassurance, Insurance, Banking, NBFC, or Field Sales.
Valuable communication and relationship-building skills.
Customer-oriented with solid sales ability.
Willing to travel within assigned bank branches.
