Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team.

/n

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings, coordinating with design and execution teams, and ensuring project quality and compliance throughout all stages of construction.

Responsibilities

Create accurate plans, elevations, and working drawings using AutoCAD.

/n
Work on architectural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing (MEP) drawings and GFC detail drawings .

/n
Lead a design/execution team and manage multiple projects efficiently.

/n




Conduct site visits and evaluations to ensure quality and adherence to safety standards.

/n
Collaborate with internal teams to define project goals, schedules, and budgets .

/n
Provide technical input and design recommendations throughout the construction process.

/n

Qualifications

/n

/n
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B. Arch).

/n
2–6 years of experience in architecture or construction (Skilled freshers may also apply).

/n
Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, D5 Render (Revit or Lumion knowledge is a plus).

/n
Robust organizational, creative, and presentation skills.

/n
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with precision.
