This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Developer at our location in the Greater Chennai Area. The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications using React for front-end development, FastAPI for back-end architecture, and AWS services for deployment and hosting.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, debugging, optimizing system performance, and ensuring the scalability and security of applications. The role requires staying updated with industry trends and applying best practices to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with client and organizational goals.

Qualifications

Experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development

/n
Proficiency in Front-End Development, including expertise in React and related technologies

/n
Proven skills in Full-Stack Development and integrating services

/n
Strong knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and responsive design principles

/n
Familiarity with deployment and maintenance of applications on AWS services

/n
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

/n
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail,



and ability to work collaboratively

/n
Knowledge of industry best practices and a commitment to staying updated with the latest technologies

/n
Experience with version control systems like Git is an advantage

Requirements

3–5 years of qualified full stack development experience

/n
Strong proficiency in React, Vite, and Tailwind CSS

/n
Solid backend experience with Python and FastAPI (or similar async frameworks)

/n
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL — schema design, queries, and performance tuning

/n
Working knowledge of AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, etc.) and cloud deployment workflows

/n
Comfortable using AI coding tools (Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) as part of your daily workflow

/n
Strong understanding of REST API design principles

/n
Ability to work independently and manage your own delivery

Experience with Docker and containerized deployments

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions, AWS Code Pipeline, etc.)

Exposure to infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, AWS CDK)
