We are hiring a closer, not a caller.

Anyone can dial 50 numbers a day. We need someone who can hold a conversation, read hesitation, and turn a skeptical lead into a paying client for a premium nutrition service.

If you have done phone or Whats App sales before and you are positive at it, keep reading.

What you will do:
Call and Whats App inbound leads generated through our Meta and Google campaigns
Qualify leads, understand their health goals, and pitch the right Niwi plan
Follow up consistently until a decision is made, one way or the other
Hit monthly revenue targets (not call volume targets)
Coordinate with our dietitian team for warm handoffs post-conversion
Maintain clean CRM records on Google Sheets after every interaction

What we are looking for:
1 to 3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in health, wellness, edtech,



or any high-ticket service
Comfortable selling over Whats App and phone calls, not just reading from a script
Strong spoken Hindi and decent English
Someone who takes their target personally
Hungry, self-aware, and coachable

What this is NOT:
This is not a BPO or telecalling job
There are no scripts to hide behind
If you need hand-holding to make calls, this is not the right place
