Role Summary

Responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise network and security infrastructure across data center and campus environments. The role involves working on multi-vendor technologies, ensuring high availability, security compliance, and seamless integrations across network platforms.

Key Skills & Technologies: -

Switching & Routing
Experience with Cisco and Dell switches.
VLANs, STP, LACP, routing protocols (OSPF/BGP – preferred).
Data center and campus network operations.

Wireless & SD-WAN
Hands-on experience with Enterprise Wi-Fi solutions (Aruba, Cisco Meraki, Juniper MIST preferred).
Wireless design basics, troubleshooting RF issues, access point and controller management.
Experience with SD-WAN solutions (Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki or equivalent).
WAN optimization, policy-based routing,



and link failover.

Soft Skills
Robust communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
Effective documentation, incident reporting, and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities
Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot network and security infrastructure.
Handle incidents, service requests, and changes as per SLA.
Perform configuration changes, upgrades, and health checks.
Support integration of network devices with authentication and security platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a managed services setting.
