Role Description The Business Head – Garment Manufacturing (Exports) will oversee the entire export-focused garment manufacturing business, including production planning, merchandising, sourcing, quality, and dispatch. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.
Day-to-day responsibilities include driving order acquisition and client relationships, managing costing and pricing for international buyers, and ensuring production targets and delivery timelines are met. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, optimizing factory operations, and implementing process improvements to meet quality and compliance standards.
The Business Head will monitor financial performance,



manage budgets, and develop strategies to expand export markets and improve profitability.
Qualifications
Solid experience in garment manufacturing, export operations, and end-to-end production management.
Proficiency in merchandising, buyer communication, order management, and vendor coordination.
Capability in production planning, workflow optimization, and quality assurance for apparel products.
Skills in costing, pricing, budgeting, and commercial negotiation with international clients.
Knowledge of export documentation, compliance, and international trade regulations related to garments.
Demonstrated leadership ability to manage factory teams, set performance goals, and drive continuous improvement.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Proven track record in scaling business operations, developing current markets, or expanding buyer portfolios.
Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, Business Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is an added benefit.
