Job Description

We are looking for a Service Now HRSD Developer & Incident Management Specialist with robust experience in Service Now development, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), workflow automation, and production support.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve day-to-day incidents, service requests, and tickets raised through the Service Now platform.
Provide L2 support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
Design, develop, and enhance Service Now HRSD solutions and employee lifecycle workflows.
Build and maintain custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, service catalog items, and Service Portal components.
Automate HR and business processes through Service Now workflow development.




Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Service Now solutions.
Support integrations, enhancements, and ongoing platform improvements.

Mandatory Skills
4 to 15 years of overall experience with solid hands-on Service Now expertise.
Proven experience in Service Now HRSD (HR Service Delivery).
Strong Service Now development experience including workflow customization and automation.
Experience developing custom applications on the Service Now platform.
Hands-on experience with HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, employee lifecycle processes, or HR workflow automation.
Experience handling incidents, service requests, and production support activities.
Good understanding of ITSM processes.
Robust scripting and configuration knowledge within Service Now.
