For an international organization, we are urgently looking for a Full Remote hands-on Senior Service Now Developer – HRSD / Employee Center Portal.

We are looking for a contractor, who is able to work full-time in CET working hours. Candidates need to be fluent in English.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Responsible for technical design, development, unit testing, and production deployment in the assigned area;
Ensure that the solution is aligned with the Service Now best practices and architecture standards throughout the whole delivery lifecycle;
Ensure quality of technical deliverables, adherence to best practices for security, performance, health, UX, integration;
Regular collaboration with Business Users and Business Analysts regarding gathering requirements and discussing results of the work;
Perform Peer reviews for developments performed by Dev team;
Sign off at the key quality gates (solution design, move to QA, move to PROD etc.);
Ensure technical readiness of the solution for future operational support and ensure successful transition from the project team to the operational support;

Profile:
Bachelor or Master degree;




6+ years of IT working experience, including solid work experience in multinational companies;
6+ years of experience in managing major enterprise-scale implementations of Service Now solutions, including requirements gathering, development, testing and cutovers;
Experience in technical team coordination is an advantage;
Experience in Service Now HRSD developments, Employee Center Portal, Custom Applications developments and Platform Architecture;
Strong experience with Java Script, HTML, CSS;
Expert Knowledge of Service Now Integration solutions;
Solid experience in project management;
Solid experience in Platform Governance, Dev Ops and Agile Delivery;
Ability to establish and maintain the development of lifecycle processes, like release strategy, cutover and rehearsal plans, quality gates, testing, data governance, and operational support standards, etc;
Valuable understanding of IT Processes and frameworks like VeriSM, ITIL, IT4IT, COBIT, etc;
Fluent in English;
