As a Telecalling Executive, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce products or services, and provide information in a friendly and qualified manner. You will be expected to maintain accurate records of calls made and update customer databases. Additionally, you will follow up on leads and appointments to maximize customer engagement and sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Making outbound calls: Engage potential customers to discuss our offerings and promote sales.

- Recording information: Keep detailed notes of every call and update client information accurately in the system.

- Following up: Contact leads to maintain interest and encourage customers to proceed with their purchases.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent verbal communication skills in English and be comfortable speaking on the phone. Basic computer skills are needed for data entry, and strong organizational skills will help you manage calls effectively.
